~ We will start with my commission form, accessed either here on the website or through contacting me on either Discord or Instagram. Requests and communication between us will happen through text, which helps us not miss anything. If you are planning on pre-existing characters or long-term contractual work, we will begin directly through Discord or Instagram, the links for which are provided here.

~ It’s helpful if you have images of your design that I can refer to. If you are able to provide these, you will receive a 25% discount on the base price of your commission, as interpretation and design take extra time and effort. You can find information about base pricing (and all other pricing) here.

~ A 50% deposit of your final full price is required prior to beginning work. Again, you can find information about pricing here. Once processed, I will complete a sketch of your piece in 3 to 5 business days and we will review it together. Once you approve the sketch, I will begin the linework/rendering. This is when changes to your piece become difficult to make, so we will work together to make sure you are happy before I start. This is also the time where your deposit for your art becomes non refundable.

~ If changes are requested after the linework and/or rendering has begun, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for those changes or to decline them.

~ Unless you are paying for an express job, the amount of time I will need to complete your piece will vary based on your design. I ask that we maintain open communication together until the completion of your project.

~ I request the final 50% of the price be paid within 5 days of your piece being completed.​
